Try this delicious pasta dish:
Remove the peel from the asparagus spears and make them in salted water with a pinch of sugar and 1 tbsp butter for about 15 min. Remove the peel from the onion and finely dice, sauté in the remaining butter until translucent. Dust with flour and deglaze with clear soup, wine and whipped cream. Rinse salmon and cut into narrow strips. Heat in the sauce for approx.
3 min. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon.
