For the tuna sandwich, first preheat the oven to 200 degrees (with grill function, if available). Bake the flatbread in it for a few minutes until crispy.

Cut the pita bread in half and unfold it. In a mixing bowl, mix the fish spread with the tuna and season with cumin. Now spread 2/3 of this spread on the bottom of the flatbread. – spread quiet thickly.

Wash the leek, cut into thin rings and place on top of the spread. Wash the cucumber, cut into 4-6 thin slices and place on top of the leeks.

Wash the bell bell pepper and cut into 5 thin rings. place these on top of the cucumber slices. Now spread the remaining spread on the vegetables and fold the bread closed. Serve the tuna sandwich.
