For the pancake pie, stir 2 eggs, 1/4 l water, 250 g flour and a little salt into a pancake batter and bake pancakes.
Whisk 3 eggs with whipping cream, season with salt and nutmeg and mix with diced ham.
Line a greased baking dish with a layer of pancakes and alternate filling and pancakes.
Finish with a layer of pancakes. Bake at 200 °C for about 45 minutes. 10 minutes before the end, sprinkle the pancake pie with grated cheese.
