Instructions:

Remove the seeds from the chili pepper, peel the garlic and finely chop both.

Pluck the thyme and mint leaves from the stem and cut into fine strips. Peel the shallots and cut into small cubes. Mix all ingredients with olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper.

Cut the zucchini into thick oblong slices, put them in the oil and let them marinate for at least 2 hours.

Then remove from the marinade and grill the zucchini until well browned on both sides.
