A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Chop. Cut the leek into slices. Sauté two handfuls of leek and one handful of pumpkin pieces in oil. Add water, half a cup of whipped cream and a vegetable stock cube and cook for about 8 minutes.
Remove the monkfish, parcel it, season with lime juice, salt and pepper and roast it in oil in a frying pan. Drain the pasta and add to the leek form. Add a slice of butter to the fish form and brown, drizzle a little lime juice. Put the noodles on a plate, arrange the monkfish with the lime butter on top. Decorate with lime zest.
