Egg white : 12 grams
Stuffing : Cut the pork into small cubes and brown well in a frying pan. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Now add ketjap, sambal and garlic and stew. Chop the vegetables and mix with the bouillon powder and salt and add to the meat. Heat with continuous stirring. Cool.
Dough: Cook a dough with flour, egg whites, water and a little salt. Grease a frying pan with oil and pour a spoonful of batter in each loempia. Bake carefully on one side. As soon as they loosen, remove them from the frying pan and let them cool. After filling, fold the loempias and glue them with the egg yolk or water. Fry in hot oil and bring to the table. Season with ketjap and sambal.
