Preheat the oven to 160 °C for the nut and curd cake. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff and chill. Cream soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and yolks.

Fold in curd cheese. Mix flour with baking powder and fold in alternately with milk (as needed) and nuts. Pour the dough into a loaf pan and bake for about 40 minutes.
