For the zucchini mince strudel with feta, first prepare the filling.
For the filling, wash the zucchini, remove the ends and cut into cubes. Chop the onion. Peel and finely chop the garlic, cut the feta cheese into cubes. Heat oil in a pan, fry onion, add minced meat and fry. Add zucchini and fry. Fry garlic briefly. Remove from heat and add the cubes of feta cheese. Season with salt, pepper, chili and the basil.
Prepare the finished strudel sheets according to package instructions. Spread the zucchini filling in the center of the dough. Roll up into a strudel and place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with melted butter. Bake the strudel in the preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 20 minutes.
