For the wok with chicken and vegetables, cut the meat into strips and place in a bowl. Pour sunflower oil over the meat and stir well.
Add spices (to taste) to the meat and stir well again. Put 300 ml of water in a pot, add a soup cube and cook a soup.
Cut broccoli into small pieces and wash. Then steam it (takes about 10 minutes, and then put it in a bowl). Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms. Peel the carrots, cut them into pieces and then put them in a small bowl. Wash the zucchini, also cut into pieces, and add to a small bowl.
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Now also chop the mushrooms. Dissolve the cornstarch in about 80 ml of water. Put a dash of sunflower oil in a wok pan. Add the carrots and always stir well and let them brown.
Now add the meat and fry it. Let it fry for about 20-30 seconds and then stir, keep repeating this step. After a short time add the mushrooms and zucchini and continue as before.
Now add the soup. Stir the cornstarch well and stir it in as well. Add broccoli and whipped cream and stir well again.
