Cut the radish, the melanzani and the potatoes into slices. Put everything aside.
Cut the onion and fry it. Now, stir-fry the spices as well (be careful not to burn them). Chop the tomatoes and add them to the frying pan.
Then a little later add the melanzani, radish, potato. Add water if needed, season a little bit with salt, cook until done.
Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
