Instructions:

Remove the skin from the kohlrabi and cut into very thin slices. Divide evenly in portions on plates.

Shred the ham, shave the cheese very finely, sprinkle both over the kohlrabi. Sprinkle with juice of one lemon, season with pepper and salt, evenly distribute oil over it, garnish with mint leaves.
