Snip the tips off both ends of the garden-fresh sugar snap peas.
Liquefy the butter,
Sauté the shallots until translucent.
Add the vegetables, shake until the sugar snap peas are coated with butter, season with salt, add the water.
Steam without lid until soft.
After 10 minutes check the cooking!
If steaming longer, add more water.
Caution: burns easily!
This recipe is also suitable for tender beans (bush beans). Cooking time: about 15 min.
