Dough
Make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and shape it into a cake springform pan. Prick it a few times with a fork. Topping and icing
Now drain the pitted cherries and shape them on the short pastry base. For the glaze, whisk the 2 egg yolks with the whipped cream, sugar and cornflour until smooth. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Now pour the glaze over the cherries and bake everything together in the oven at about 175-200 °C until the glaze takes on a darker color.
