Wash the tomatoes, cut off the top, scoop out with a spoon and drain on a cooling rack with the opening facing down.

Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely, as well as the chives.

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, yogurt, onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, pepper and and chives and season with salt.

Fill the tomatoes with this mixture, put the lids on them and serve.
