For the spaghetti with tomatoes and mozzarella, sauté the onion in olive oil. In the meantime, chop the tomatoes, add tomatoes to the onions.
Once they are soft, blend both with a blender, season with salt, pepper and fresh basil, add a little whipped cream to taste.
At the end, mix a few mozzarella balls into the sauce. Garnish with the remaining mozzarella and basil, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and you’re done!
