Sort out the sloes and rinse them thoroughly. Crush them with a wooden pestle, also crushing a few seeds to give the infusion its delicate aroma. Put the crushed fruit with the rock candy and the cinnamon sticks in a tightly closed container, pour the grain over it and let it infuse for a few weeks. Then filter and fill into bottles.

Tip: Cinnamon gives dishes a wonderful sweet and spicy note!
