For the raspberry vanilla cream, first whip the whipped cream until stiff and then fold in the uncooled Qimiq. Now stir the juice of 1/4 lemon and the sugar into the cream.

Pour into the desired containers (in which the cream will be served) and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes. Before serving, wash the raspberries well and decorate the cream with them.
