Raspberry Liqueur with Vodka

Wash and sort the raspberries. Cut the vanilla pod in half.

Fill the berries with vanilla and rock candy into a bulbous bottle. Pour the vodka evenly over them. Close the bottle tightly.

Let the liqueur stand in a bright place for 4 weeks.

Then strain and bottle, removing the fruit and vanilla bean.
