Instructions:

Cut the plums into small pieces and remove the seeds, mix the butter and sugar until creamy.

Gradually add the eggs. Mix flour and baking powder, sift and fold in. Grease the cake springform pan and pour in the batter.

Spread the plums evenly on the dough like a roof tile.

Bake the cake at 190 °C for about 55-60 minutes.

Sprinkle the cake with cinnamon and sugar immediately after baking.
