For the pear strudel, mix pears with raisins, bread cubes, granulated sugar, lemon juice and a pinch of cinnamon and let sit for about a quarter of an hour. Remove the strudel dough from the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the filling on the prepared strudel, roll it up with the help of the kitchen towel and place it seam side down on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush pear strudel with melted butter and bake for about 30 minutes.
