First, peel and finely chop the garlic. In a larger saucepan, heat the olive oil and lightly fry the garlic.
Cut the washed tomatoes into quarters and add them. Sauté briefly, add sugar and deglaze with a little water. Add paprika powder and season with salt and pepper.
Finely chop the chili pepper and add with the herbs.
Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Then let cool and serve the paradeis sauce as a garnish or fill into sterile jars.
