For the paprika cabbage, sauté the finely chopped onions in hot fat, sprinkle with paprika. Add the cabbage and mix well. Add the garlic, crushed with a little salt. Also add the tomato paste and a little water.

Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Season to taste and add the whisked sour cream to the paprika before serving.
