1) Melt butter in frying pan. Brown onion over medium heat for half an hour. Add flour, stir in for 1 minute.
2) Gradually fold in clear soup. Add vinegar, bring to a boil. Gently bubble at reduced heat for 2 min. Serve
Offer with hamburger, sausage, steak.
