For the whole wheat bread, wash the wheat grains for a few minutes, dry them and sort them out. Grind coarsely with a grinder or a food processor first and then grind finer the second time.

Mix lukewarm water with the salt, brown sugar and oil well and mix in the freshly shredded wheat. Work until the mixture becomes a firm dough. Knead in a little flour if needed.

Grease a sealable loaf pan and fill with enough dough to fill 3/4 of the pan. Close the pan with the lid and bake the bread for 2-3 hours in a preheated oven at 180 °C.

After baking, leave the whole wheat bread in the mold for about 5 minutes and then let it cool on a cooling rack.
