Knead the dough ingredients listed. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes. Knead again, roll out. Place on a floured baking sheet form, pierce a few times.
Cut onions into rings, chop garlic, crush fennel. Sauté everything in oil. Crush half of the anchovy fillets and mix with the onions. Season everything with pepper and salt and spread evenly on the dough.
Cut the remaining anchovy fillets into thin strips. Pit olives, dice tomatoes and arrange everything together on the topping.
Bake the pizza in a heated oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.
