For the moons, beat butter or baking margarine until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and yolks and mix. Add the nuts and chocolate.
Fold in the snow alternately with flour. Pour onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
For the lemon glaze, mix the lemon juice with the sifted powdered sugar and spread on the finished cake while it is still lukewarm.
Cut out moons with a ring cutter.
