For low carb bruschetta, mix eggs and tuna well with a blender so that no large pieces of tuna are visible.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and spread the tuna mixture in 6 small portions on the baking paper.
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip with a spatula. Let bake for another 15 minutes until crispy.
Cut cheese into strips and spread on top of bruschette 5 minutes before end of baking time. Serve low carb bruschetta with tomatoes and pesto.
