Wash the iceberg lettuce and pluck the leaves into pieces. Peel the onion, cut into small pieces and blanch briefly with boiling hot water.

Peel the cucumber, quarter it, and cut it into pieces about 1 cm thick. Mix all prepared ingredients.

Dilute the whey concentrate with the water. Stir in herb salt and olive oil. Marinate the leaf salad and sprinkle with the herbs.
