Instructions:

For grilled fruit, first cut pineapple and melon into pieces. Peel banana and cut into thicker slices or pieces. Wash apricots, cut into quarters and remove seeds.

Skewer fruits alternately on watered wooden skewers and grill for about 5 minutes, turning, using a grill tray if desired.

Serve curry sauce as a dip for grilled fruit.
