Chicken shanks, rinse in cold water, pat dry, put on cold stock and boil once with lid. Turn off the heat under the stove top and leave the pot with lid on the stove top until it has cooled down (preferably overnight). Remove chicken shanks from stock and drain on a colander, then pat dry with paper towels. Mix a marinade of Rama, salt, bell pepper, paprika and soy sauce and brush the chicken thighs with it. Place the chicken shanks on a grill for about 20 minutes and turn them several times during grilling, brushing them with the remaining marinade.
