Fun Pumpkin Seed Children Cookies

For the pumpkin seed children’s cookies, cut the butter into small cubes and knead with part of the flour. Then knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough.

Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface and cut out funny animals or shapes. Place them on the baking sheets covered with baking paper and brush thinly with the egg white.
