Instructions:

For the frittata, combine all ingredients, mix intensively with a hand blender.

Let rest for 15 minutes and then mix again.

Let the pan get relatively hot (until the radiant heat can be felt with your hand held 10 cm above it), add a little oil to the Teflon pan, spreading it with a silicone brush if necessary.

Empty the right amount of liquid batter (preferably with a medium sized ladle) into the pan, spread it all over the surface by swirling the pan and bake quickly over high heat until light brown on both sides.

Let cool and cut into frittatas.
