For the egg dish with ham, soak the ham slices in milk for some time, drain well and fry in butter.

Then set aside on a hot dish. Again heat butter in a pan, prepare the egg dish in it and pour it over the fried ham slices.

Season with pepper and sprinkle with chive rolls or chopped parsley to serve.
