For the dominoes heat honey, butter, sugar and mix, let cool. Add egg, flour, rum and gingerbread spice.

Preheat oven to 160 °C hot air. Line a baking pan (approx. 12 x 20 cm) with baking paper. Pour in the dough and smooth it down.

Bake for approx. 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool, remove from the pan and surround with a cake ring.

Soak gelatine in water. Heat the orange jelly. Melt the gelatine carefully. Add a little jelly and mix.

Then mix the gelatin with the remaining jelly. Leave to set in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, then spread on the cake base.

Roll out the marzipan to the size of the cake ring, cut to size and place on the jelly layer. Press down and allow to set overnight in the refrigerator.

Cut cake into 2-3 cm cubes and dip in chocolate. Place the dominoes on a cake rack to set.
