For the curd plum cake, prepare a curd-oil dough according to a basic recipe and roll it out thinly (about 1/4 cm thick) on a greased baking sheet.
Spread with melted butter and cover with pitted plums.
Bake at medium heat (200-220 degrees Celsius) for about 25-30 minutes.
Let cool briefly, remove from baking sheet and sprinkle the curd plum cake with sugar.
The mixture is enough for 1 medium sized baking tray.
