For the cream of pumpkin soup, chop half an onion into small cubes and sauté briefly in oil. Then the washed pumpkin, the 2 pieces of potato (uncooked) and the zucchini cut into coarse pieces and fry briefly with the onion. Add the bacon cubes.
Pour in the vegetable soup and simmer for about 15 minutes. Once the vegetables are soft, remove the pot from the heat and puree with a hand blender until the soup is creamy and no coarse pieces are visible. (Blend with water as needed!).
Finally, season with salt and a pinch of pepper. Finish with whipped cream! Meal!
