A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Set aside 100 g of shredded coconut. Mix the remaining ingredients to form a kneaded dough. Make sure that the dough is not too sticky, if necessary, gradually fold in from the coconut set aside.
Preheat the oven to 175 °C and line the baking tray with parchment paper. Form loose mounds from the dough. Bake on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
