For the chocolate-vanilla sticks, knead all ingredients without the cocoa in a food processor with the dough hook until smooth.
Divide the dough in half and knead the cocoa into one half. Roll out the light and the dark dough into thin rolls and intertwine the strands.
Cut approx. 5 cm long sticks and bake at 180 °C top-bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes until light.
