Try this delicious cake recipe:
1. liquefy the butter and chill. Liquefy the chocolate in a water bath. Beat the eggs with sugar, salt and kirsch until creamy. gradually stir in the butter and the chocolate. Mix flour with baking powder, sift and fold into the dough.
2. preheat the electric stove to 175 °C. Grease the cake springform pan and sprinkle with crumbs. Pick out the berries, cool and drain well. Fill the dough into the form, spread berries evenly on it, press in lightly. Bake the cake for about 50 min (gas mark_2).
Place the cake on a rack to cool. Frost with melted cooking chocolate as you like. Decorate with redcurrant shoots.
