Instructions:

Chop the chili and remove the seeds if you don’t want the dip to be too spicy.

Blend chili, egg yolks, bread crumbs, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt and white wine vinegar in a food processor until smooth.

Finally, add as much olive oil until the mixture thickens. If necessary, add a little boiling water to the dip.
