Cherry Cream with Amarena Cherries

For the cherry cream with Amarena cherries, whip the whipped cream with vanilla sugar until creamy. Separate the Amarena cherries from the juice.

Mix mascarpone with lemon juice and amaretto well with a mixer, add juice from the cherries and mix, fold in whipped cream carefully.

Pour this cream into dessert glasses and place 2-3 Amarena cherries on each. Chill the cherry cream with Amarena cherries and serve cold.
