Instructions:

For the cassis punch, wash the berries and pluck them from the stems. Refrigerate half of the currants together with the cassis and 1 bottle of wine in a punch bowl with the lid closed for about 3 hours.

Then strain the mixture and mix it with the remaining berries, sparkling wine and the rest of the wine in a punch bowl.

Serve the cassis punch chilled.
