For the cabbage rolls with boiled potatoes, peel potatoes and boil in salted water. Wash rice and boil it as well.

Remove the stalk from the cabbage and boil the cabbage head for about 8 minutes. Take out and carefully peel off the leaves. Cut onion and fry lightly in oil. Mix with minced meat and rice and season with salt and pepper.

Put cabbage leaves on top and put about 2 tablespoons of filling on each, fold in left and right side and roll up (possibly fix with toothpicks).

Put some leaves in a baking dish, place roulades on top and pour soup on top. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour.

Serve the cabbage roulades with boiled potatoes and pour juice over them.
