Instructions:

For the banana cake, first separate the eggs. Beat the yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Mix flour with baking powder and oil-water mixture on lowest speed.

Then beat egg whites to snow and fold in. Now pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake at 170 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions.

Allow the custard to cool while stirring constantly. When the mixture is room temperature, add the butter and stir until smooth. Mix the Quimiq in a small bowl until smooth and add to the cream.

Now chill the cream. Cut the cooled cake in half, spread the bottom part with Nutella and then cover with banana slices.

Now pour the cream over it and place the top part of the cake on top. To prevent the cream from oozing out, it is best to put the cake ring around the cake.

Make a liquid chocolate glaze from Rama and cooking chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the cake. Sprinkle with a little hail sugar.

Now let the cake cool for a few hours (preferably in the refrigerator) so that the cream becomes nice and firm.
