Vegetarian pasta casserole, tomato salad (lunch).
Pasta- whole wheat noodle not quite soften, drain. Mushroom and zucchini casserole:cut into slices and sauté with onion! in oil, season. Form layers of noodles and vegetables in a greased gratin dish, spread a little sour cream evenly over them, sprinkle with grated cheese, bake in oven for 10-15 min.
Tomato salad:cook with vinegar-oil marinade.
