For the bamboo gugl, cream butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the egg and mix until the mixture is light.
Stir flour mixed with baking powder and bamboo powder into the dough. Gradually stir in the buttermilk until a smooth batter is formed. Finally, stir in the lemon flavoring.
Pour the batter into a piping bag and fill into the greased mini ball molds or silicone cone molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 17-20 minutes.
Remove carefully and allow to cool slightly. Serve the bamboo gugl dusted with powdered sugar.
