Knead the meat with the spices, eggs and long grain rice. Press meat dough apart on foil on a baking sheet. Cover work surface with vine leaves and spread pine nuts, cheese, kitchen herbs and juice of one lemon evenly on it. Roll up foil with meat dough, then remove foil. Bake at 225 degrees for 45 min.
