Instructions:

To make the marble cake, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice until frothy. Add oil, water and rum.

Mix baking powder with flour and slowly add to the batter. Grease the gugelhupfform and crumble with breadcrumbs.

Fill half of the dough into the gugelhupfform. Mix the cocoa into the other half and pour it into the mold as well.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees/ hot air and bake the mamorgugelhupf for about 50 minutes until golden brown.
