Instructions:

For the bread dumplings, fry finely chopped onion and add to the diced bread or bread cubes.

Add flour, spices and finely chopped parsley (or mixed herbs). Beat eggs with milk, add and let stand for about 15 minutes.

Form dumplings from the mixture, put them into lightly boiling salted water and let them stand for about 20 minutes.
