For the Caribbean burger, flatten the chicken cutlets and marinate them in the refrigerator for a few hours with some teriyaki sauce.
Slice the tomatoes and onion. Cut 4 slices from the pineapple and drain well. Wash the lettuce leaves.
Grill or pan fry the chicken cutlets. Toast the burger buns with the inside also briefly on the grill or in the pan.
For the Caribbean sauce, mix all ingredients together and season to taste.
The structure of the burgers: on the bottom of the burger bun comes a blob of Caribbean sauce, then the lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, some onion rings, the chicken cutlet, the pineapple and a slice of cheese, again a blob of Caribbean sauce and then the top of the burger bun.
